i have sent my order with $50 cad for a slim kit pro a month ago and they havent even got it yet!Has anyone else had this problem with mod-chip.com?

I always get my PS2 stuff from this place and I've never had a problem. Though it usually takes 5 days to get my products - that's not too bad considering I live in Australia and Mod-Chip.com is based in Austria!
