Its not exactly that hard you got to time your hits right and move at the right time. When you melee them back up and they will charge at u strife to the left or the right immediatly and you will dodge them i have knocked one out but it took me a while.

This forum doesn?t seem to have a sense of direction at the moment, or is it just me...? Anyway I was wondering when you think Halo 3 will actually be coming out. Since there are rumours and stuff going around the internet and yet neither Bungie nor Microsoft has announced that they are even making another instalment to the Halo "Trilogy". I guess there is proof in one way or another with Bill Gates saying that it will coincide with the release of the PS3, so from that you can summarise that it is in fact "in the making". But of course this was later claimed to be false. But why would Bill Gates say that if there was not a shread of true in it. But when do you think it will be released? Obviously nothing that anyone says on here is credible as far as release dates go but just wondered what people thought about it.

Because its Bungie :) They love telling us things that arent true to get out hopes down and then the next week release a trailer.

maybe they wont make a third halo game maybe the movie is the third and final installment of the series if thats the case iam going to fly to america walk up to microsoft and punch bill gates in the face (or who ever made the decision to do that)

ok when you read this post i want every single one of you guys to turn on ur xboxes and start playn halo 2, what you do is play a level(any one) and post back on what can be improved(not to make the game eaiser but what to make it more challengeing and interseting.
set it out like this-
deltahalo-
lvl of game play(easy - legendry)-
what they should change in that kind of level for halo 3 (remember write about what would make the game more challenging and interesting- and dont add this txt in the brackets)

bad news, halo 3 will not be realeased on the same day as the PS3 as Bill Gates promised, he said that he realizes that the game's development can't be rushed and the game will be ready when it is ready

You really cant trust anything that bungie or microsoft says about Halo. They led us on so many times with Halo 2 promises and denied things. :)

No, its just that I have been a Halo fan from the first installment and have visited their site weekly for a little more than a year now, and remember all the stuff they told us fans, and the stuff they didnt tell and did behind out backs :)

wow a game title going by the name of Halo is being pushed back? no way. now thats surprising isnt it? and their excuse is that it shouldnt be rushed? wow.
ok sorry bout that but it wouldnt surprise me at all if they pushed it back. but if they do(because they wouldnt say it is because it hasnt even been announced as a game yet) it better come out alot better then halo 2 did when it got pushed. imagine how bad Halo 2 might have been if they didnt push it back so many times. now thats scary.

when it comse to microsoft and any of their affiliates you never believe what they say if so many stores hadn't set dates for when you could buy the 360 i wouldnt believe them but because its so widespread im forced to think otherwise.
until gamestop or whoever tells us that we can reserve our copy of halo 3 for some specific date im gonna be really skeptical

well you dont need to write just about delta halo, you can give sugestion on what they can improve on in those KIND of levels.
i dont believe that they are not makeing a halo 3, cause even eb games has a reserve copy of halo 3.
and who was the man/woman who had the idea of the game HALO, which person had that idea?
nd can some one tell me how many posts i need to have to become a member

well as for halo and halo2 i loved both games. but for the next one i think the following should be done.
1. tailor halo3 to the books. such as the training and how everything came together with all of the spartans.
2. put the battle of reach as one or several levels. also working with other spartans in the game. for awhile before the books every thought there was only one. then from the book ther turns out to be over a few hundred of them.
3. give the ability to carry more than just two weapons. like in doom3, medal of honor and son on you could have several different weapons with you at all time. i dont know how many times i have had the shotgun and dual pitols and wanted to pick up an smg, rocket launcher, and have to get rid of on of my weapons.
4. give the ability to use medkits to heal damage. granted they have recharging shields and regenerated health, but if you found a wounded marine you could help him out.
5. this is just a want for me, but i would like to have the custom sound track option avaible while im playin. how cool would it be to listen to like trapt or something while killing everything around you. well let me know what you guys think on this one.

the reason why they are holding halo 3 is to counter the release of the ps3 and i think it makes good sense for them to do this. that is why they are holding it back.

halo medic there are barely 5 spartans left where would the other hundered come from and how would you put reach as one of the levels what do you play reach then go to halo and it pops up on the screen "well you know what happens" then you go play first strike then it flashes up on the screen "you know wat happens" then you go play halo 3 man how would that work they wouldnt have enough room on the disk they would have to make a halo 4

I personally dont think they should release a Halo 4. I think they should have ended it at the end of Halo 2 to be honest. A Halo 4 would be rediculous; its already dragging and if their attemps of Halo 3 are similar to what it was like in Halo 2 i wouldnt in a million years want a Halo 4.
The only reason i would like a Halo 4 is if the story was a prequel to Halo 1.

bungie coulda finished it with halo 2 but i think they wanted to give the players a feel of what they really wanted it to look like so they decided to make the end of it on xbox 360 bc of the amount of power it has. Personally i think they definitly shoulda finished with halo 2.

hey didnt bungie change the story line of halo 2 cause the original lines leaked out or something cause i think thats wat someone said way back when that dude came on the forum and said he had the halo 3 story lines and apparently it was just the original story lines for halo 2 (where it actually finished)
i would like a halo 3 just so they could improve on some little details we would like and maybe put some bota in on the multiplayer

i think that this is a good place to stop and change gears and go to the books or just make halo 3 have bots smart as hell bots i hate halos ai they suck. and in muit player you should be able to change guy more like be Spartans and Black if you want be a ODST a Marin or switch to the cov side be a Elite or grunt or jackle or drone or hunter honor guards brute if you want you should be able to use any car plane ship hell even bike in front of you. more realistic would be nice like if i get shot in the foot by a sniper rifle i dont wana die maybe have my foot get battle damage and i hoble that whould be sweet battle damage realistic damage. halo is missing that if i get hit with a rocket i dont think i would just fall over thats gay you get smashed with a pistal whip i want a dent in my armor just so i can kill 100 more people and look so cool doing it and get more levels like out skirts go any where do any thing just have like a river or a water fall moutan or some thing to stop you from going any where and if you get in a ship and fly away or to high it will say leveing the battle feild or some thing and you will sit out 10 secs and it will show your guy turn around and come back. well i know i suck at spelling :) and thx for reading this tell me what you think oh and who would win Spartan or a Predator ? there both so cool but i got my money on the Predator :)
