i thought there was not going to be a halo 3 ,since h2 was such a dissapoinment
i am not even going to look forward h3 ,since the only real theres a halo 2 is to get people pay a fee for playing online ,nah thanks i can play socom 3 online and all FREE i bet its much better after all i heard in a mag i think it was gamepro more people play socom 2 online than all the people that play xbox live.. i wonder why that is ?? $$$

No offence mudearies but your post is very hard to read.
Anyway back to the subject of leaked footage of Halo 3. There is no such thing as official leaked footage, storylines, pictures, audio files etc yet.
The only time I think we will get any information that is official is around Janurary-Feburary, if of course they are making a Halo 3 at all. Let?s hope they don?t make Halo the movie into Halo 3. I doubt they will because they will be limiting their market for the Halo franchise.

i never said anything about the xbox i was talking about halo 2 ,and how alot of kids who dont know anything say its the best game ,i can tell alot of them havent even played 5 different fps ,theres like 100 fps out there and when you have played quite a few of them you can see that halo 2 isnt really that great ,its just like another fps out there ,and im not a fan of anything or someone who has more money than i do ,so i guess you can say i hate m$ & &ony for having more money that i do,lol .so sorry for the bad english, im a man of peace so peace to this great comunitty.

Personally I would hate to see something like a knife
i never read the books but i think if the mc had a knife thing like in star wars republic commando where when you melee this blade thing comes out of your arm (like the predator except this one comes in and out when you melee)

Can you please read the rest of the forum, i think you'll find that i said i knew that he had a knife. however for the game i dont think it is a good idea.
P.S I would appreciate it if we didnt go back to this suggestion as it had already been cleared up. By all means talk about what you think but dont quote me. i have already summed up what i think of it. Thanks.

i would like to see alternate routes on halo lvls it would be fun cause you could play the lvl over and over again and all the time trying new things and ways to do it

This link was posted earlier...http://files4.bungie.org/fogg.mov...as possible Halo 3 footage. Rumor has ti that it is eaither footage from Halo 2, or from DOA 4. The framerate and lighting and far higher quality than even the best footage from Halo 2....and if you look at the new screenshot from DOA 4, Spartan 058 (consistently mislabeled as Spartan 458, despite the fact that there IS no Spartan 458) wears brown armor, not green. Ladies and gentlemen, while I cannot say it for cetain, I believe that this is, albeit unofficial, the first Halo 3 footage.

The movie that I posted is a fan creation using 3DSMax and other programs. It is not Halo 3 footage, however the graphics on that piece are brilliant I hope that the actual footage is really like that.

I dont believe that they have started production of the movie yet. They are starting it in early 2006, as it is headed for a late 2007 release.

Look, what is with halo freaks..honestly? I mena, sure its a fun game but come on there
are alot better games out there. So many ppl are saying "Omg halo pwns all its the best
FPS ever omg!" but i think it lacks speed and tactic. Movements are extreamly predictable,
and sniping is basically childs play. with the fist halo, how are vehicles invincible and how
can one throw a grenade a good football field or two in distance?
Halo 3 has not been confirmed as has probably been said in this forum. Bungies states
they are working on a new title but wont name it or say its halo 3. I believe microsoft its
going to not relese halo 3 ever, or will do so years from now. It is my belief as well as
others, they are not confirming, yet not denying, halo3 3 because if they said it was not
going to be released, the 360 sales would plumit. By not releasing info about it they can
instow the thought "Hey it may come out soon after!" Microshaft *caughcaugh* excuse me,
microsoft, in a company without buisness ethics and a company one should not realy on.
People tell me "OMG 360 will own the PS3 becuase its microsof" when clearly E3 showed
quite the contrary. I myself know computers and techknowlogy well enough to know the
numbers. In my eye, anyone to purchase a piece of inferior equipment from a techknology
theive corperation that preys on everyone and everyhing is, for lack of a better term,
stupid.
If you are thinking of buying a 360 for halo 3 dont put your money on it till its release. If
you want it for other games, then chances are they will be out for the PS3 aswell.

Ok maybe you should look at the title of the first Halo. It?s called Halo Combat Evolved, not Halo Speed and Tactics Evolved. Bungie never set out to make Halo or the Masterchief realistic, after all it is a futuristic game so you cant possibly say that a person cannot throw a grenade a "good football field or two". If it was based in the present time, then maybe your observation would be valid. :)
I?m not sure entirely what game you were playing as far as Halo Combat Evolved goes, but I thought it was quite unpredictable, maybe you just have the gift of foresight.
You say people say "Omg halo pwns all it?s the best fps ever omg!". What is wrong with thinking that, it is a person?s opinion, something of which you cannot change, so get over it. I?m not trying to change your opinion of the game(s), but maybe next time you shouldn?t be arrogant when posting, you'll get a lot more respect.
Halo 3 should be coming out late 2006 early 2007. If it is not released by then, Bungie will have done their next project and have left Halo aside for a while. I think people would be stupid to buy a Xbox 360 purely on the basis of Halo 3. I dont think people are that stupid, to buy it for that reason alone even though the game hasnt been announced yet.

i agree on the date of its release but im wondering what the new things are gonna be on there, other than levels, weapons, and vehicles of course. i mean they have got to be thinking of putting some big surprises in this halo 3

Ok Halo is one of the best fps ever this game. Halo 1 opened ever ones eyes about combat as a 2 meter tall 1.5 ton metal man who if you ream the books can throw a grenade a good foot ball feild or two i have read all of the book after playing halo 1. i wanted to know more about Chief and why he was so kick @$$. and the books tell you in great detail sorry for the grammer lol. the wart hog dosent blow up is just a game flaw lots of games have them i play lots of fps just looking for flaws or how fun they are or game play like just walk around kill your own guys do what ever you want really and halo was like the only game i liked socom i a realy good game and one of the best ever TODAY real games but halo like Papa Face stated halo if far from now and that is what makes it even more kick @$$ is that it could happen i dont even have a XBOX lol im a PS 1,2 and soon to be 3 man but all my friends have the XBOX i i play it more then some of them :)if there was no halo there would be no XBOX fabal could not hold the XBOX nor could morrow wind ? is that right ... oh well the XBOX 360 not playing lower games is hella gay and thats why PS3 better i think they should just join up and make the "XStation!!!" lol again sorry abouts the gramm

I hope they do put some good suprises in. However the *surprises* that were put into Halo 2, werent good surprises (overall anyway). We could theorise on many different suprises that they could put into Halo 3, but they arent really realistic because then they wouldnt be surprises :). all i hope that they dont do i make a mess of it like they did on Halo 2. I was a true Halo fan until Halo 2. After i completed Halo 2 once i havent played on the game since. It just didnt have the same feel as Halo (Ive described the reasons why people generally dont like Halo 2 in this thread).

Do any of you think they should add the jackal shield to the game like as a pick up weapon like in the books it would be so cool to pick a elite with the arbitor or what ever armor on with a sword and a jackal shield but give the shield ammo like normal shields but if they hit zero they stay off like you need to hide to get them up then go back out there but like duel weiding you have to have one handed weapons not jack shield and a jack hammer (the luncher if you did know for the one's who did good job):) soo cool and give the sword ammo i f****** hate playing muli player and some guy on lock out just owning with the sword you have a shot gun but with only one shot left :( again sorry for the spelling i sucka the spelling dong ...lol :)

i'm thinking that hey wil make the movie an no more games. a movie can make millions in a few nights. A game cannot easily outgross a film, unless the film sucks completely. but honestly, a halo movie? is it that much of a fad?
