alright just because you guys are mods and stuff doesn't mean anything yeah and you know what i have noticed people that like are pros with this site talk about others, and don't care, but when a person talks about them they report them? what are you guys kindergartens or what i mean get real, and im not savior im just a kid that likes halo3, and hates people that keep on testing me knock it off gosh. and some people here don't even talk about halo 3 they just try making fun of people, and reporting i am posting this cause its laim, and unfair people that know this site report people all the time, and i know someones gonna make a smart remark about this so u know what talk about halo 3 or halo related things seriously!

Please settle your personal differences and quarrels over PM not on this board.
Where do you guys want most of Halo 3's story to take place?
I want it mostly on Earth but If the Arbiter is playable again I wouldnt mind some sort of evac mission to get Johnson and Miranda (and possibly Cortana) back to Earth.

alright im done arguing now to halo 3 i heard its in Africa, and that theres some ark thing in Africa that the covenant want so im guessing arbiter from halo 2 was left off with johnsan, and Miranda. I believe the arbiter will pursuay other elites, or other members of the covenant to help him in this quest, and along the way im guessing he will possibly pick up cortana on accident, or if cortana contacts him to do so. And is their any news about halo 3 if its gonna support 4 coop story mode?

Yeah, Halo 3 will take place in Africa. It's pretty obvious since the release trailer took place just outside of Mombasa.

If you are referring to the ark the ark is what everyone is beleiving is the structure in the trailer, and If i am correct the ark is used to activate all other halos, but for the humans they want to not activate them of course so im betting you have to destroy parts of the ark.

The Ark is most likely NOT the artifact in the trailer. It is to obvious for Bungie to make it the Ark.
The Ark is a safe haven for organic life-forms. It is the only place that escapes the reach of the Halos in one way or another, whether it be because it is physically out of reach, or whether it has some sort of protective shield.

eh i think that would be a good answer but wouldn't that just be as simple as it being the ark itself?, of course not he walk or what ever, but what then do you think you need to activate things on this structure or kill something to go to the ark?

I heard about a dude at Bungie who had scribbled a picture that somewhat resembles the thing in the trailer and it's labled " Earth_Ark_09 "

Yeah, that was done for the Halo 2 documentary. Whether it has any significance to what is on earth in the trailer is something completely different.
Since Forerunner architecture is pretty much the same where ever you go, it could just 'look' like the Ark.

The description of the opening of the Dyson Sphere kinda reminded me of the artifact, you think it could be a portal in or out of the sphere, would be a good way to into the other Spartans into Halo 3.

back to where the actual game will be played, do any of u guys know if there will still be urban combat, cus i don't if u guys agree but that was my favorite part of Halo 2!
