i need help im tryin to back up fifa 06, im using iso buster and nero, wen i extract the files using iso buster i get the right size toc (3.1gig), but wen i burn it and load with swap magic(3.3) i just get invalid disc, im also using tdk minus 8x discs and burnin at 4x.
do you have to change any of the options in nero cos ive never used it for games i normally use alcohol, som1 please help
does that game need to be rebuilt?
If not there is no need to use ISO Buster at all.
Most games you can just take the ISO file and use
DVD Decrypter (or Nero if you like) to burn it.
why so many people are doing the whole rebuilding
process on every game they do is beyond me, and a huge
waste of time.
FIFA 2006 supposedly does need to be rebuilt... I'm not into PAL games, though, and the NTSC release doesn't ship to stores until next week, so I can't say for sure the NTSC-USA one will need rebuilding. Since it's EA, though, it wouldn't surprise me; they tend to enjoy padding DVDs to the brim.
Anyway, I'd suggest checking the stickied thread on rebuilding, shauntay. The Nero method doesn't always work, I'm told. I always use CDVDGen 2.0 myself.
wen i back up fifa without rebuildin it loads and works fine untill i want to start an actual match then the load bar stops near the end in the same place everytime, i tryed rebuildin like every1 else an it dont work.
im gonna try cddvdgen see wot happens.

i use Nero for any rebuilds i have done and
have never had one that did not work.
But now that i have a V12 with DMS4 pro chip
i don't have to rebuild anything.
my V7 is getting one next week. swapping sucks.
