Hi there,
I want to convert a Bin/cue file into an AVI file, or even better, Bin file direct into VOB-IFO-BUP
Are there any programs out there that can do this and also give great quality?

hi

load the bin only to ISOBUSTER then extract the mpeg file found in the mpeg folder to your hard drive, load the mpeg to dvd patcher to make dvd compliant, then load the compliant file to an authoring app like TMPGEnc dvd author or DivXtoDVD to get a vob/ifo/bup .
