I have .avi files on my pc I would like to burn to DVD. If everything is simple "Super DVD Creator" seems to work fine (if slow). This program, however only seems to save a .VOB file to my HDD (after working with .MPEG and.AC3) not the additional Audio_TS and Video_TS with the additional files (.IFO etc).

I dont seem to be able to simply open .VOB files and simply say to DVD Shrink "Shrink these .VOB's down to 4.7 Gb and Burn them"

If I use Windows moviemaker to edit .avis prior to converting them, things get even more confusing, it saves files of around 25 Gb for each movie.

I suppose the question is:-

What is the quickest and simplest way to edit, convert, shrink and burn .AVI's from my HDD onto a single DVD in PAL format?

Help!

First Download VSO DivXToDVD (Freeware version) then...

If you then need to shrink it, put it into DVD Shrink. Finally, burn at 4x using Nero.

Enjoy!
