FTP help PLEASE!!

i softmodded my xbox and now im going to put in a new hd but i cant seem to get the FTP to work. When using FlashFXP i get the following:

I can successfully log onto the xbox (as shown above) but i get this error "425 Can't open data connection to 169.254.103.49:4100" that is the ip of the pc.
Im using a crossover direct connection. Please someone let me know how to solve this problem.

come on guys someone must know about this....

anyway i am able to ping the xbox successfully so i know my crossover cable is working. here are the values im using:
XBOX:
ip= 192.168.0.3
subnetmask= 255.255.255.0
default gateway= 192.168.0.1
DNS's are blank

PC:
ip= 192.168.0.1
subnet mask= 255.255.255.0
default gateway and DNS are blank
