I WAVE BROKEN MY SOFTMODE XBOX, IT DOESNT WORK

I put in the NINJA GAIDEN BLAC dvd i instaled a XBOX LIVE thing from the NINJA GB DVD and after i took it out a black screen appared with the number 21 on the upper corner and it said "SERVICE REQUIRED. CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT",and it doesn't go into EVOX mode, but the funy thing is it still play games,is a start the xbox in the EVOX x mod with the cd already in the DVDROM the game plays.
