My father recently purchased DVDxcopy. We put it on our home desktop and we tried putting on the home laptop, however, it wont work. We tried calling the numbers listed but none are in service. Could you please advise as to going about activating it on the laptop.

Try the Xcopy forum, it will give you instructions on how to contact Xcopy International on this problem.
