Creating ISO with Decrypter

I usually just burn games with Roxio, but when I want to patch them for online play I use decrypter to turn it into an iso. But now with decrypter its not turning the games into an iso, its turning them into a bunch of folders and files. I'm doing it all like I usually do which is go to mode--iso--read, then decrypt. When it gets done it has decrpyted it into a bunch of folders and files, not an iso that I can patch with my DNAS. The games are Madden 06 and Burnout: Revenge. Is there something about these games that is making it do this?

not that i know of, i use it all the time and have never
had that happen. But you can take those files, patch what
you need to then rebuild the ISO with Nero and burn it.

I have neve patched for online play so that is the best i can do.
