well I got my matrix for 120 (can) with installation,but you can get it off the net for 60-80 $usd,Its very simple to install scince it only has 18-20 wires depending on your ps2 version and it plays dvd(+-) no swaping and cd-r and compatible with ps2media reality player unlike dms
