I used DVD43 to override the copy-protect and then cut and pasted the flick to a folder. I used IFOEdit to remove the region codes and other things, and then trie dto burn the flick onto DVD using Nero Recode 2.
I do this all the time.
Now for the weird thing. As I began to burn the movie onto a DVD from my harddrive, Nero pops up the following window:
"Nero Recode 2 encountered and error and cannot continue.
This DVD is copy-protected!
Copy proection error - the read failed because the sector is encrypted."
Okay, how is it copy-protected? I already copied it to my harddrive?! Any solutions por favor.

By using a second rate decrypter you're not removing the unreadable areas of ARccOS protected discs which were replaced with dummy sectors. DVD43 is only capable of ripping about 82% of the encryptions being used today and you've just come up with one it cannot handle. It allowed those "dummy" files to move to your HD BUT Nero and all the other programs you would use, see's those dummy files as a copy encryption and won't work with those files.
That is one reason that the majority of pple use DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink (which removes all region settings automatically as well as compressing, encoding and recoding the files and burning them to disc automatically). BUT as long as you're happy using more programs and more steps to achieve a lesser quality backup, I suggest you at least replace DVD43 with a working DVD Decrypter that can successfully rip 100% of all the encryptions used today.
