i just started getting this problem i open shrink and under full disc backup as soon as i open it it wont let me click nothing it just keeps change very fast from dvd structure to nothing and back i reinstalled restarted nothing is working ?

Try to go through DVD Decrypter first and then after u decrypt it to your hard drive then go try go back to shrink and c if u can compress it then...

sorry last night i could not get back on here for some reason i uninstalled then reinstalled and it works fine when i do movies i usely put about 20 to 30 on the harddrive in iso format then burn so that would not have helped i dont know what happened but if any one has this happen to them uninstall complete the reinstall dont reinstall over it that is what i did 3 times first and restarting dont work so if any one has this problem ever hope this works thanks

Considering the amount of backups you make, I would assume it must push your PC performance to the limit. Normally, I defrag once a week, and that's only after 5 or 7 backups. To each his own, I guess.
Anyway, back to your problem, are you getting the "blue screen of death"? (Your PC just shuts off.)
Are you just backing up original discs or are you backing up downloads as well? If so, you might have a virus/adware/malware, I suggest you run some A/V proggies.

no no i think you might have misunderstood the problem was with the program when i opened it it was like i kept clicking stuff but i was clicking nothing and i am not sure how far i push my computer but so far i have not had any real problems i make sure my firmware is up todate and everything else but i have not defraged in about 1 month and in that time i have did at least 100 and i have had no problems so i dont know

So, after doing this DVD Shrink is fine. Then, it would work for a while, then have the same problem again. I'm stumped, maybe you have some program(s) that's conflicting with DVD Shrink?
Maybe one of the senior members might be able to help you out.
