PAL and NTSC question

My system is ntsc i have Spartan Total War its in pal and it has the hertz selector. Do i need to patch the game to use cdloader or cogswap or will the selector be dislpayed

if it has a selector you should be ok,ive got a few with it on too,and they work ok

you should be ok if it will load up well enough
for you to see the selector
then just pick 60 Hertz and it should be fine.

I have the PAL version too and it will not load. I am using the SM. I just go's to a black screen and does not move. What am I doing wrong. I even tried to patch it(same result. Need help!
