lo folks, i got a v9 ps2 with a few games and adsl... one would think im all set play my ass off.. not so.. i live in PE, i cant find a single place or person that can mod my ps2 or sell me swap magic or action replay, please tell me there is someone else in this chithole town who can help me out here.. and no before you ask, im not willing to submit my credit card details over the web :).

what do i transfer funds into the payal account with?.. lol actually no its not really an issue bout paying on the web, but i want to be able to see the person doing the mod so if it goes wrong i can throttle him her. pretty damn hard to throttle an account transfer. ive had bad experiences with buying dud rubbish off the web before and im still old school bout actually doing business with ppl, not psp account trackers.

i would really appreciate it if someone in pe or someone who travels thru pe could help me out in this regard?
