I am having problems starting from the 7th step when i have to push the metal piece to the right on PSTwo-FIX C which i did than it says to use flat pliers and completely open that piece...doesnt say which way so can someone please tell me how to open that and put in the last piece

You need to use the pliers to move the metal piece to the right or to be more exact to "fold" the metal piece to the RIGHT so that it looks like some sort of flap.After youre done inserting tool C fold the metal piece using the pliers back to its original position or you can just remove the metal piece all together if you want.

i put the Piece C in the hole when i moved the piece to the right but it doesnt read the CD at top until i close it than it does... this is while the Metal piece is folded straight up.

And to remove the piece which way do i pull it out from??
