I've ordered this dvd from this website and they've sent me a region 3 dvd instead of a region 0. But the thing is I dont have a region free dvd player. Is there any programs that changes my pc dvd drive to region free? Also I need a program that breaks the region code so I can copy it and play it on my dvd player.

Try the free trial of AnyDVD by slysoft. It will take off the region code.

You may have trouble with it if the format may not match your pc. NTSC or PAL format?

Try the free trial of AnyDVD. It is a background ripper. I'm not sure what programs you are using in the dvd backup process,but if you use DVD Shrink - There is a setting in the backup options for those backups to be region free.That setting is usually region free, set as default.
