sniper elite: no color and offset screen

so i just threw an iso onto a sony dvd-r

the screen is offset and is black and white.

i had this problem with destroy all humans but was able to switch it by changing some screen settings in the options menu. this game offers no such thing.

whats the deal?

Isn't that what happens when you try to play a game that isn't from your region...like NTSC in PAL territory or the opposite?

Change the video mode on the SM load screen to the region you want. Works for all the PAL games I play on my NTSC screen.

on the main swap magic screen where you would swap discs
there are 2 options, one to load the game which is always
the one highlighted, then one under it that has screen mode
which is always set to normal. use your controller to move
down to that option and change it to PAL
It will be better but there will still be a part at the bottom
that is cut off where your ammo is.
My friends does that, i loaded it in mine with and it works
fine because i have a DMS4 Pro chip. But his has screen that
is cut off using the same disc. But it will be playable and
in color.
