Is your hard drive designated as C: or F:. If it's C: then there's your problem. Be sure Decrypter is writing files to whatever your harddrive designator is and be sure Shrink is reading the file from the same place. Shrink asks you to open file which takes you to your browser to find your file. Find the "Local Disk (C:)" or whatever the designator is and click the + sign. which will drop down and show you the file you need. It's just looking in the wrong place for your file.

Sorry Konfused, hope I missed your toes. :~)

@YOBUZZB:

Nah, I'm missing some fingers though. (Just kidding!)

It really doesn't matter to me who gives the advise, as long the aD member is helped out, that's pretty much the bottom line, right?

Good looking out.

Please continue the discussion...

Here's a guide on how to designate a drive. http://www.ehow.com/how_6028_designate-start-drive.html I don't think you need it though. You said your harddrive was designated as c:, so you just need to make sure that when DVD Shrink is trying to read a file that it's doing so from the C: drive and also that DVD Decrypter is writing to the C: drive when reading from the original disc.

OK so when ur copying directly from the disc u get "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue." Failed to read file "F:\" Invalid acess to memory location. Got it!

Check in the Edit tab in Shrink, goto preferences then File I/O and make sure there's a check mark in "enable overlapped I/O". If not, do so, and try to copy again. Should do the trick. Holla back if not. We'll keep going until problem solved.
