WinIso Bin - ISO Question

I've burned plenty of iso images to dvd and that process goes smoothly for me, but I haven't messed with bin/cue's that much. When converting a bin to an iso in winiso, it says that the data track will be converted to iso, the audio track will be converted to wav, and the video track will be converted to dat. After all of these are converted, how do I get them all into an iso file ready for burning? I can't just burn the iso file it gives me cuz it's like 1 MB and the dat file is like 700 MB. Where do I go from here? Also, when a movie torrent comes in the bin/cue format and there is no audio track shown when trying to convert, does that mean that the final product will just be the video and no audio? Thanks.
