 davdomlan.. Since you live close to Laredo, what I'd do is go to a bank in Laredo and get a credit catd ossued for a specific amount of money .. Use that card to order and pay for your drive

 I've gotten several issued to purchase items on the 'net from 'shady' characters ...

Thank you for the help, but I managed to buy one already hehe¡¡ I have buy it on EBAY¡¡ with no problems at all and actually it was only 36 dls, but that's not all, I also had 16 dls on my Paypal account so at the end of things I only paid 20 dls for it¡¡.
