Ok, can someone please explain in detail what to do using zone alarm pro and commview. Like when you add your friends ip as trusted how do you know which ip it is? And do you use the remote or local ip when adding it. And another thing I think me and a lot of others are confused over is when you add ip's do you just do add ip address? or do you add ip range for each?

YOur help is greatly appreciated by me and I'm sure all the others who figure it out using your advice.
