Heres some media i recently bought. They have been giving me a helluva lot of trouble with clnoe dvd, nero and dvd decryptor. They are the cheapest media i have ev bought and was previously using ritek g04 with hardly any coasters.I think its 9 coasters out of 21 burnt
so 12 good,nine bad.
And they always fail at one percent-the leadin buffer doesnt even start moving.
hers file info from decyptor any help appreciated:

Is it a problem with the media/burner/firmware??

Thanks for the response guys.Ive never updated my firmware before so i was wondering if you could help me out on that department - ive download the TS0D but am unsure as to how i update my current firmware????

And after reading the below paragraph i didnt want to do try anything in case i seriously mess up the drive.IS there much risk involved????

''These pages are only for advanced users. Bad flashing could destroy your drive definitively. Read carefully the installation notes of your firmware before you upgrade. The Firmware Page and the drive manufacturer can't be responsable on REMEMBER: This is at your own risk!!!! ''

Also what indication would the manufacturer id give.I know people can tell from this whether the discs are good/bad??

Manufacturer ID: MCC 00RG200

ya i probably will go back to the ritek in future.I only purchased the others cause they seemed like a bargain-100 blanks for 18euro!!!
