DVD43 reboots my PC! 1clickDVD highly recommends DVD43 to handle the encryption. Following the instructions, I insert the DVD movie disc and wait for the yellow smiley face to turn green. When it does turn green it almost instantly reboots my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstall doing the necessary restarts in between. I have also downloaded DVD43 from a different site all with the same results. DVD43 web site provides no support. Can anyone help with this problem? Bob

I think this may be the wrong forum. I would suggest DVD Decrypter for decoding. then dvd shrink

You're right, it is in the wrong forum. I have reposted in what I think is the correct one. Using DVD decryptor with DVD Shrink is a multi-step process which is time-consuming. Using 1clickDVD with DVD43 (runs in the background) is a one step process that greatly decreases the time to make a copy. Thanks for your reply. Bob

I do have the programs DVD Shrink and DVD Decryptor. But the process takes too long and have been getting too many errors and poor copies. I did buy another program but was still getting errors due to scratched disks. I bought 1ClickDVD as it was rated high for its quality of copy and it attempts recovery of data from scratched disks. As it did not have its own decryptor program it recommended DVD43 which is free. I really don't want to buy another program but may try AnyDVD's Trial Version. Thanks for Your Help.
