OK, So I bought a dvd burning machine (extern) which I connected to my comp and installed with no problems. The type of DVD burner is Samsung and the CD's I am using are Memorex DVD+R 1x-8x.

The files that i have are : size 2.46GB, 5x VOB files (VTS), and i got 2x BUP and 2x Ifo files

My problem is that I wnat to put this movie on a blank cd, to watch it in my dvd machine. I tried to put all files down to cd, but the movie is not playing correctly, and there are no subtitles.

Ok anyone can help me so far ?

Thank you very much for your help and for saving this Samsung shit of going out the window.

Hi Goco,

Welcome to AD. You have several issues that need to be addressed but the most important is the media you are using. Memorex are known by many to be the worst that money can buy. Second what program are you using to record your DVD with. Most of them have an option for creating a DVD movie. Mainly you need to make sure you have a VIDEO_TS folder and an AUDIO_TS folder. All of your movie files will go into the VIDEO_TS folder, but as I stated earlier most software programs will automatically create these folders for you if you choose the correct format.

May I suggest you click on that link in my signature that says newbies. There you will find a wealth of information that was gathered from some of the Senior people here at AD. It will give you a better understanding of creating backup's. There are also links there to tutorials and guides on creating backups.

Cheers and happy burning
