I had been using Prassi PrimoDVD up to now without any problems. It was easy to use and had a 100% success rate on the ps2 games i burned.

Unfortunately I had to re-install windows and lost PRimoDVD.

I cant find it anywhere online to download again. Can anyone suggest a good easy to use all-in-one programme or does anyone know where I can download Prassi again?? or even if someone can mail me the programme + PX engine.

For DVD Based games DVD Decrypter is what most people use
It is quite easy. Alsoi Nero will work.
you can get it in the software section here
and the below link is a tutorial on using it.
