There is a PAL 2 NTSC convertor on my site. Not sure if its by that author tho!

may i ask why you would want it without the Y-fix?
I have never seen a converter that did not have that.

Like i said, i have never seen a patching program to convert
PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL that did not include the Yfix
that is needed so the picture shows up on you TV screen
correctly. I have a chip and have my Y position fix set
to "Yes" or there is screen on the bottom that is always cut
off when the chip forces all the PAL games to NTSC mode.

You shouldn't need to use the patcher NTSC to PAL. In your sig it says you ahev swap magic 3.6... when you boot the game set screen mode to NTSC. That should work.
