Take one down, pass it around, 299 dvds to burn!
Got about 300 backups .... Moving all my media from Memorex / Fuji to TY's...Only had 1 disc thus far thats not been able to be rerip via dvd decrypter....the other 40-50 i've done so far have worked fine....

wow, 300 discs...that is QUITE a bit of time and a LOT of ISO READ---ISO WRITE if you are using decrypter~ :) happy re-burning~

LOL i have a few myself i need to do that are on fuji dvd dash r that are prodisc ,DVD Decrypter is a great tool for this but some of them are x copy backups with that damn nag screen that i would like to get rid of so iam going to TRY to run them though CloneDVD 2 first but i dought it will work on many

They are reading very quick / reripping, burning is a bit slower......I'll feel like i'll be doing this forever!

well, that beats me, i did 30 this past weekend, and in a hurry too.
just loaded them into my hdd for backing up later, and it darn near took all the remainder of my hdd space. took me down to like 3 gigs left, then shrink was telling me there was not enough space left to burn. i had to delete a few to be able to burn.
but good luck buddy, expect to see you back,...............oh say around 3 months !!! j/k ;)

LOL yah, its going to take a while of and on. On a good note...I have 200 gig drive i can rip dvd's to before i burn 1.....which is nice, however thast alot of dvd's to burn at one time. Not to mention I gota keepu p with netflix =( (7 at a time)

@ dvd_craze, yes, i would have to say about 90% of that figure are movies...whether they be backups of backups or backups of original or backups of backups of backups LOL...
my original dvd collection is around the 3,000 mark now, i have a whole room (well, 3 sides of the room _walls completely filled with shelving to accomodate all my originals in their cases), if you haven't noticed, i am an avid dvd collector, been purchasing dvds to have and cherish since dvds became popular, about 10+ years now? i don't know the exact time frame, but you catch my drift~
went through about 10 burners in this time...tried to make the most of all the different drives i've had within the course of this time, some were really crappy (Optorite drives) and some were really good (pioneer, sony, liteon, nec)...anyways...yea... :)

Kivory iam close to 3000 burns with my Plextor 712A ,I wander whats its good for.
