Encoding Problems: 3gp to mpeg!

I have a simple encoder to convert my 3gp files to mpegs/divx/avi etc but when its encoded the film runs fatser than the sound which plays at normal speed...

Need help with this problem... ;-)

All my encoded 3gp files run like this...sound is normal but the film plays speeded up and ends half way through the vid...



What can i do to solve this problem?
