is there a way to use the hard drive in my pc on my ps2 ive got that usb extreme cd can i just put a usb cable in my ps2 and in my pc will it work

You need to format the hdd with a ps2 format.
Then you pc does not understand the hdd anymore.
But use WinHiip and then you can access the disc and add iso's and games.

Thats only for the formatted PS2 Drive, what he is talking about is Plugging in a USB MALE-MALE CROSSOVER Cable into your computer and your PS2 and playing,

Yes its possible if the PC Harddrive format is FAT32 and it must be formatted with USBEXTREME CLIENT Because they use special cylinder thing that I'm trying to figure out. Quite Frankly just get a USB Case for like 15 bux at compusa n plug it in your ps2 n pc n transfer games quick as hell lol...

Is it possible to have 2 partitions on the harddrive, One PS2-formatted and one NTFS? Because I will soon have a maxtor diamond max 10 300GB, and I would like to format the first 60 GB's with PS2 format and the remaining space with NTFS format.

Will my PS2 work properely with this and will my computer be able to read the rest of the HDD when plugged in with a firewire or USB-cable?

my ps2 has a toxic 0.2 hardrive on it, and you can play games without the disc after copying the games onto it

my problem is that i chose to start up my ps2 with the ps2 menu and now i cant get the hardrive menu back

i think i need a boot disk but i dont now were to get one from
