Hello, I am researching on backing up of PS2 Games. Swap Magic 3.6 says it supports loading games from USB hd/memory stick. Has anyone tried this. And does it work good so not to have to burn backup disk.
I assume you use DVD Decryptor to get image file on the HD then hook it up to PS2. I also think I understand that you use the Swap Magic disk to play/load the game. Any comments are appreciated.

I have swap magic 3.6 with my slim ps2. It works great with the discs but i haven't tried the hd or memory stick. Does anyone know if there is a way to watch divx/xvid movies on the ps2 using swap magic? or even AVI files. I will try to put a game on my external hd and see if it works tho.
