Hey Guys .. am new around ... and i was woundering if PlayStation 2 Slim can be chipped .. i live in Queens,New York .U.S.A.. and i was woundering if any one knows a place in new york where i can chip my playstation2

Yes it can be chipped,i would have to say if you want some1 to do your chip the best bet would be to go to china town,go 2 game stores and ask if the have chips

lol i dont live in n.y i live in montreal,but all china towns have game stores and if you want to be certain they sell mods they usally have a binder with camecovers on it(meaning you can buy the games burned,which means they sell modchips....if you want to buy a modchip online go to modchip.com,its cheap and reliable....but buy only if you know how to soldier):)

Also i would get a laser fix while your at it so you
don't burn out your laser

Or just save your money and buy a premodded system.
I would not try to solder in the chip and laser fix yourself
unless you really know what youe doing.
