I have a radio in my car that reads mp3's. I have made cd's that play in audio, and has about 10 to 15 songs. Is there a way to burn a cd with over 50 mp3's that can play in my car? I would like to do this so i wont have to carry so many cd's in my car. I use nero 6 for burning. I tried draging the mp3's into the cd as data but does not read in the car radio. Can anyone help please. thank you

Thanks for the feedback. I did drag the files from my mp3's to the disc using make MP3 to cd. But when I put my disc in my car radio it read ERROR. I am most sure my radio reads mp3's. The specs say CD/MP3 PLAYER. What do you think can be the problem? Thanks again

I thought you said it reads MP3. Anyways your car radio will say that it reads MP3 on it.
But im assuming from the "read ERROR" your car radio/cd player is not mp3 compatible.

RAH AM/FM Stereo radio with CD/MP3 player. Provides 66 watts of total maximum power at 3% total harmonic distortion, 10 AM and 10 FM station presets. RAH is capable of playing CDs, CD-R, CD-RW discs with MP3 tracks and multisession discs with CD, MP3 andcomputer files.
It clearly states it plays MP3 files. Are you making your cd's into MP3 or you downloading them?

hhhmmmmm, this one is a bugger LOL.
Lets try this, when you add all the songs you want, make sure you have the box that says "Allow files to be added later" is unchecked and burn at 8x.

You know what gstar20. Turns out my player in my car was not mp3 readable. It was an older version then the newer model. I made a cd-rw with 117 songs and it read on my dvd player in my living room. I was burning right from the start. WOW. Thanks for all your help.
I knew there was something wrong with that player. The funny thing is I have this radio in my other truck and it still read error
http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/product/detail/0,,2076_4025... But the cd still worked in my home dvd player. Thanks for your feedback

No, But I guess I should try. What would you recommend? I noticed while burning the cd, I was getting read error at sector for each mp3, and would not finish burning.
