Have you uninstalled it and tryed a new install?

Is your PC running hot - I ask this cause that happened to mine and I ended up with a bad MB, fried it. If they get hot they will sometimes reboot on their own.

Maybe you got a corrupt copy, did you try a new download of dvdShrink?

Anybody else hear of this?

Your problem could be happening for a lot of reasons. Check your memory and make sure it is not bad, you said you did a new reinstall of XP make sure you installed your DirectX 9.0c, make sure your video and sound drivers are up to date. Disable video preview when running Shrink. Could be insufficient power, overheating or overclocking.

Hi all, I have checked ram and it looks fine, it now seems i cant do anything related to DVD specific?? Nero crashes machine,dvddecryptor crashes machine,shrink crashes machine,windows update crashes machine,im starting to think that my mobo might be taking a dump?? Windows will crash and tells me system has recovered from a serious error and then it proceeds to locate new devices like my burner and ide channels, so it sounds to me like she's gonna go into the shop.. Cause i havent seen anything like this behavior b4 :( I will get back to yas and let you know what happened,good thing i have a back up pc SIGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Hi,If any body is haveing trouble with Shrink and you are using Windows XP,and you are using NERO Try these new up dates http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/Support.html I downloaded all 4 and I have not had any troubl.It has something to do with Windows updates so if you have downloaded SP2 then that will be where your problem lies. Hi,Me again forgot to say when you go Nero website click on to support and you will find a download to clean off your incd then just follow the instructions.When I ripped a DVD it took 3 hrs but when I downloaded the new downloads it only took 45mins for the same DVD of my daugters wedding. I also had my computer doing things it should not have been doing ect that the disk had missing files ect, after kicking the dame machine and a few words ***** I went on to Nero and find a Q&A site and that is where I found out why my computer was giving trouble I hope this helps and that you do not have to take it to the shop... Sounds to me your PC is just over heating. Take the side of the case off, and blow out the inside of your computer. Making sure to get the fans and CPU. Leave the side off, and start your DVD work and see if it still reboots or freezes.

You're damn close to getting banned for all these crap posts. Either put some thought into your replies or your stay here will be short.

@DVDrip

Run title through DVD Decrypter (in File mode) or DVDFab decrypter first, then open file in DVD Shrink on continue on.
