Does ifo-edit work on XP now?

I've used ifo-edit with xp in the past but read it's no longer the case.Did one of the serv packs stop it and/or has any ifo-edit updates fixed the problem?

i use it on Win XP Pro & Home with SP2 no problem, download the latest version
