I always use this site to do checking on BenQ support :
http://www.benq.us/ServicesAndSupport
Now I get this error: "The system has attempted to use an undefined value, which usually indicates a programming error, either in your code or some sytem code.
i don't know what is going on and would appreciate suggestions.
The error indicates, Mozilla as the browser in the text of the message that follows this error.
i look forward and would appreciate all comments,
Respectfully,

that page is simply unavailable at the moment, maybe there's a problem with it or it's being redesigned or something.
edit- just tried http://www.benq.us on it's own, then clicked on the 'service & support tab', which then pointed to http://www.benq.us/serviceandsupport - so do that and update your bookmark to the site...as it looks like the 's' in 'services' has been dropped out of the link..
have requested the thread be teleported to a relevant forum for you

Thx for the reply, I went to the US link that you provided and got the original error that I reported: The system has attempted to use an undefined value, which usually indicates a programming error, either in your code or some system code."
Then when I click on your second link for "ServiceAndSupport", I get the following error: "This page cannot be found".
I gather then that this site is under change or is it something within my notebook??
A relative Noob, so please pardon the query.
Respectful regards,
