Hey guys. Downloaded Avi2DVD as per the "guides" section of this site. Tried using HCEnc as decoder with no luck. It only made one pass and that took minutes not hours as suggested in the instructions. Changed to QuEnc as decoder and had little more success. This one however, did make two passes as stated by instructions. Process took approx one hour. In Log Window in bottom left corner, seems to have converted audio and video. However, i am still getting the same error message with QuEnc and HCEnc. The message reads as follows: "[8:25:31] Job NOT Done. There are warnings... Find at the log file the 0 byte generated file to focus where exactly the problem appears." I have been left with some files after the process but no iso or video_ts. I live high up in units and am ready to see if my computer will bounce when thrown over the balcony. PLEASE HELP.

I had the exact same error, and now my AVI file will not play at all. The wierd thing is that I made a copy of my AVI file before I attempted to encode it with avi2dvd + CCE. Now NEITHER file will play, the backed up copy which never had anything to do with the encoding process is also broekn.. Which sucks because now I have a ruined AVI file and dont have it backed up anywhere else.

Unless its some sort of codec problem, but all other avi's play just fine.

In the past I have used this guide: http://www.doom9.org/mpg/avi2dvdr.htm and it has worked quite well.
