Hello

I have a Slimline PS2 wich obviously has the netowkr adaptor.. now since Ive wanted my PS2 online, I realized i didnt get a setup disc, I now kno that I had to send away for it but I have lost my PS2 manual.. so my question is...

Can I use any setup disc, or are they all diffrent? I am gonna buy another adaptor just to get the disc (as I take it there not downloadable)

Most online games (ie Socom) will allow you to set up the PS2 for online play. You don't really need the disc.

You do have to send away for it... mine took nearly 2 weeks to come & it had special codes with it. I don't know about being able to set it up via games though, it sounds plausable

Yeah, go onto http://www.playstation.com @ the top click on Register & follow the instructions on screen to register your console. Make sure you tick the box to recieve the Starter Pack (That includes your Network Access Disc) You'll need numbers from the bottom of your console & you'll have to wait a little while but it's a start on the right path. When you do get the disc keep it & all the letters in a safe place.
