SMD booting troubles

Im having problems loading back up PS2 DVD's with SMD 3.6.
I load up SM and get to the screen that says load program.
then switch out the SMD with the back-up disc and press X.
Then It tries to load the screen and comes up to the screen and
says please insert a PS2 format disc.

What all could be wrong?
I burned the game with Decrypter, Read and made the ISO
and then Wrote the ISO,
The only thing i have heard the I didnt do is burn on the
lowest speed, I just burned on the fastest speed possible.

Ive never had a problem backing up movies, which makes me wonder
why I would have problems now, but i dont know what else it could be?

Any suggestions? BTW, the game is Tiger Woods '06 if that makes a difference.

Turns out it was the write speed
dropped it down to 2x and works great.

yeah it all depends on your console becuz when i first started backing up i burned everything at 8X and it worked fine but then some games had slow loading times so i started to burn at 4X
