I havent tested this myself yet but it seems this gentleman fixed the loading issues of swap magic. Check out this thread for details.

I dont have any labels at the moment but certainly will give this a try if maybe a few more people can confirm if it works or not.

A few things: 1.He doesn't say if he's using the Swap Magic DVD or CD. 2. He doesn't say what version PS2 he has. 3. Nobody has verified this works other than the author. 4. Most likely you got a cheap press of the Swap Magic disks and this is some rare defect rather than a common fix. 5. He refers to his games as CD's, when I assume he means DVD's. Not a huge error, but definitely indicates lack of common knowledge about PS2's and their working's. Call me a skeptic, but Good Luck. Report back with the results.

diffrent but i cant see it unless he his on about cd (everyboby has probs loading the cd) otherwise he would have called dvd

i never had any loading issues with Swap Magic
And you shouldn't if you use good media and
rebuild the games when it is needed.
Only time i had real issues is back in the day when i
had version 2.0, which was not really that good.
Once i upgraded to 3.0 the problems all stopped.
