PAL/NTSC ID change (console, not game). What tool ?

I have a NTSC PS2 playing PAL games and I get NDAS error 833 when I try to play online (no backups, official DVDs). I read a post from WEStar explaining that this is a known issue and I have to change the console ID to a PAL ID.

What program can I use to do that ?
I did not find anything in the "Huge FAQ".

(plz give me a download link if possible)

I don't know which post of mine you read but, I usually mention the app. It's called system ID changer. I think sksapps.com has it nad should be in the online section.

I downloaded the Paraodox ID changer and it booted up ok but unfortunately I couldnt enter any digits,apparantly it doesnt support the Slimline models v12.Any ideas of an application that will support the new PS2 versions when changing IDs?
