I need to fix shrink, My shrink program is not working, how do I fix my problem. When I go to backup, where it says select backup target I can't select anything , I am us shrink and decrypter. what to do

Uninstall DVD Shrink. Delete all files relating to it. D/L DVD Shrink her @ aD and install. Come back with results.
