Question...

I have my bro-in laws PS2 which is modded with a chip. It reads and plays burned games without a problem. When I try to load regular ps2 games, it goes to the browser and reads the disc as a PS2 game, but then when you try to load it, it just goes right back to the browser screen showing the memory card and the disc.

My bro in law is out of town for about a week , and I cant get in touch with him. I know there are special ways to load games sometimes with a chip.

Any ideas??

Try disabling the chip. On certain chips this can be done by holding square. Try to find out what chip it is and post.
