PS2 Backups not working

Well, I used this method to burn a PS2 game (TimeSplitters Future Perfect):

1) Use DVD Decrypter to make an ISO image of the disc
2) Used a DNAS patcher to put the valid DNAS ID in the ISO
3) Burned to a DVD-R at ~2x speed with DVD Decrypter


The PS2 says that it's an invalid disc (the red Please Insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 Disc). Did I do something wrong or leave something out? Thanks

Sorry, forgot to ask... do I need Swap Magic or a modchip to do this? Maybe that's my problem...

According to swapmagicfix it needs a CD loader,

Alright, thanks. Oh, and I think I found a dummy file. It's about 30MB called ZDATA. and it is filled with "SJE!" Should I get rid of that?

Edit: can you also PM me or something a place to get SwapMagic? Thanks.
Edit 2: Oh, and I have a Gameshark 2v2. Couldn't I just use that (start without codes) and make my own slide card to boot the game?
