I need help finding new DVD-R media for PS2 backups. I used to use Ritek G04 but they no longer sell them. I see G05's but I keep hearing bad things about them. Can some one direct me to a good media that works good for PS2 and movies?

Taiyo Yuden. Superb media. Make sure you get them from somewhere that sells authentic media though. Supermediastore.com is a great source.

Verbatim is also a supurb media, although it is a little more expensive than taiyo yuden.

Philips, Verbatim Data life, Ritek G04, Taiyo Yuden, TDK
those are the most commonly used brand that people have
good success rates with
I like 8X DVD-R
