First off I would like to thank everyone for their posts in helping me make up my mind. Reading through all the things about DVD media was a bit confusing. I just thought you could go out and buy DVD-Rs, not knowing there were so many. I started with buying low cost generic disks and I got what I payed for. Never Again! Your forum helped alot. I'm a BIG fan of Verbatim DVD+R DLs. Thanks Again!

I just keep my Nero oem for both my pcs. They perform great.Tried updating a while back and started having trouble. I've got 6.3 on my spare pc and not a coaster yet on over 400+ burns.

Welcome to AfterDawn skippy486! You can learn a LOT here, about backing up movies, the best media, all sorts of things! Like saugman,kivory666, and creaky said, we're all one big happy family here! And yes, look here weekly and you may find some VERY Good prices on Quality Media, By the way, stay away from Memorex Media! We here call it Memosux!
