they aren't going to give you your money back ,they're going to say you should have read the label. Unless you never opened the pack then you can exchange. But if it was labeled MIJ but was MIT then either complain to the store or write to TY.

you can write to TY all you want, they aren't going to do a DARN thing about it~ :) they are the manufacturer, NOT the brand/company that sold you the product...

your best bet is to speak to the customer service rep at the STORE you purchased them from, writing to Taiyo Yuden will do you ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD~ :)
