i bought lost and haven't backed it up yet. i must say that i love the show so damn much. anyway i'll give it a try and let u know

no problems at all. backed up each entire disc (7 in all) using shrink. i averaged just over 2 hours per disc, including burning @ 4x, w/ all quality enhancements clicked on.

I backup up all my discs with just Shrink...
