Hi, I'm not too familiar with the law, but it is legal to sell modded ps2? what about selling a modded ps2 with backup games as a gift?

Well I answered this in the other forum, but thanks for letting us know it was an accident.

I'm pretty sure it is legal to sell modded consoles no matter which it is. But, you can not sell or give away backups, that is illegal.

now if i state that the games are backups for myself, and that buyer must agree that they also have the original games would it then be legal?
